The Softgym Over is a soft, light and resistant ball, which allows a wide range of activities from muscle strengthening to low-impact training. Thanks to its considerable elasticity and resistance, this is an ideal tool for several isometric exercises. Suitable for activities with elderly people, for prenatal and postpartum classes and for the Pilates Method, our Softgym Over promotes concentration, control, relaxation, coordination and breathing. You can inflate it easily by mouth to the required hardness/softness. You can fold it and take it with you everywhere.
